The following are a description of the services provided, as well as a statement as to what customers can expect, for each of the teams within the PSU, as detailed on the staff structure available to download.
What do we do…..?
‘We provide a service that encompasses Property Management and Standards, Building Surveying, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, Asbestos Management, Space Management and Fire Safety Management. Additionally we service the Central Administration for all its Estates needs’:
